  • With passion, Linda has worked extensively in community settings throughout the Lower Mainland with children, adolescents, and adults from a range of evidence-based modalities. Some of her areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, emotional dysregulation, trauma, relationship conflicts and distress, parenting, and issues related to overcontrol. The foundation of Linda’s therapeutic work comes from exploring the mind and tapping into the wisdom of the body.

    Choosing to enter into counselling or psychotherapy can be a scary and hard decision to make. There is uncertainty about the process and/or the outcome. If you decide to embark on a therapeutic journey, Linda hopes to establish a safe, respectful, and an open therapeutic alliance.

    Linda has a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and is registered as a Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (#3808). She has specialized training Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT).
